He has made the earth by His power; He has established the world by His wisdom, and stretched out the heaven by His understanding. Jeremiah 51:15
Everything that a person sees has been created by someone. Technology has advanced so far that they are able to create microscopic robots to do things that a person could never do. Computers have come so far that a standard computer can do thousands of things instantly at the same time. The super computers can do millions of things at the same time. All these things are just made by man and man’s knowledge.
Jeremiah says that God made the earth by His power and wisdom and made the heaven by His understanding.
Looking back in history and comparing it to today it will amaze a person how far man’s abilities have come in the area of technology. Just a little over one hundred years ago mankind learned how to fly a few hundred feet. Today they have jets that can fly around the world. Mankind feels as if they do not need God.
As technology grows it appears that mankind can do anything, yet with all of this technology and wisdom, it is nothing compared to God’s.
All one needs to do is take a general look at the earth and the skies at night. With all of the complex functions of the earth, the planets and the stars, mankind could never create something that grand. Even more complex is the human body and brain. Only God can create all these things.
Believers need to recognize God’s great wisdom, understanding and abilities. Going through life there will be all kinds of problems. One needs to turn to God for help in those troubles. There is no problem a believer will have that will be greater than creating the universe.
You may have created some little, or big project at least once in your life. You have also found ways to overcome some problems in your life. At the same time there are problems in your life that you have no idea how to overcome or get around.
Do not fear or be worried but go to God about the problem. Recognize that it was He who had created you and everything you see in this earth. He will be able to help you by His infinite power, wisdom and understanding.
Today I pray that you will know Jesus as your Lord and Savior; that you will see God’s great work in this world; that you will see God’s abilities; and that you will go to God to help you overcome any trouble in your life.
