Pray for Vanuatu
Vanuatu is an island nation that has a national motto that say, “In God we stand”. It is a nation that has become filled with believers as a whole over the years. Prior to the early 1900s, there were no believers on these islands. With the work of various missionaries, it has become a nation that follows God, even at the highest levels of their government.
Protestant churches are the largest majority of churches. Most of the churches have a strong evangelical outlook, although there are some of the islands have become stagnant and not reaching out to be a witness.
One of their needs is their need for more leaders to guide them. There are seven bible college/schools on the islands that are working to train new leaders.
