Titus 2:11 Salvation Is Available For All

For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. Titus 2:11

There are many times that there are some businesses that offer their items or services to only a select group of people. Their focus is to cater only to certain people and all others are excluded.

In the same way governments often provide certain services, but only for certain people. Not everyone is included in all the services provided. Often there are certain requirements that must be met in order for a service to be even offered.

Paul points out that God’s grace has appeared to offer salvation to everyone.

During the times of the Old Testament, it appeared as though God only cared about the Israelites and no one else. Yet, God loved everyone and wanted everyone to know Him and be saved from their sins. There were times God had mercy upon foreign nations outside of Israel and saved them.

When Jesus arrived, He broke down the racial and social barriers to allow anyone the opportunity to be saved. No one is extra special or more deserving for salvation in God’s eyes than anyone else.

Many in the church forget that Jesus came to save everyone. They become exclusive and close others out, living only for themselves. This was not the way Jesus meant for them to live. He wanted them to be witnesses to the whole world, excluding no one for any reason.

Every believer has the opportunity to be His witness to those who do not know Jesus. They can bring the message of salvation to the lost and dying world.

There is not a person on this earth that if he is willing to repent of his sins and follow Jesus, that God will not forgive and save him.

This message of God’s grace to save is for you and everyone else. God is right there waiting for you to repent and follow Jesus, so that He may save you from your sins.

Not only is He willing to save you, but He is also waiting for you to be His witness so that others may be saved. God’s great grace is for everyone who believes, regardless of who they are, what they have done or where they are from.

First you must believe this for yourself. Then, you must be willing to tell others this great message of the grace of God.

Today I pray that you will know Jesus as your Savior; that you will know God’s grace for your life; that you will know God’s grace for others; that you will tell others of what God is offering them; and that God will use you to bring salvation to more people.
