Pray for Taiwan
Taiwan is an island country off the coast of China that has a political status that is controlled by both itself and China. If Taiwan declares complete independence from China, it could bring on war with China, so it has partial independence.
Although Taiwan is generally an open nation, it is closed off to Christianity. It is the only nation in which there has not been a spiritual breakthrough with the Han people. Less than 0.5% of the Han people are believers. There is a lack of pastors that are able to lead the people who believe, bringing about a lapse in outreach.
Currently there are over 33 Bible schools working to train new ministers. Youth and the college students are the most open to hearing and responding to the gospel message.
