And he said, “Look, I am making known to you what shall happen in the latter time of the indignation; for at the appointed time in the end shall be.” Daniel 8:19
Most people would like to know a little bit of the future. They want to know what the weather will be like, or if they have to work or not. Various people attempt to say what something will be like in the future, but it is often just a stab in the dark that may or may not occur as was predicted.
Daniel records a vision he has, and a man or angel says to him that he is making known what will happen in the latter times of anger at unfair treatment will happen in the world.
Although many try to predict what is going to happen, most do not really know. Many different factors often take place that can change what occurs rapidly into a different direction. Whole lifetime investments are lost within seconds due to false predictions.
The world will often try to say that the Bible is made up of false stories. They deny the truth that is found in it. Unbelief is common and the Bible is classified by many as something made up.
Although the world tries to deny the truth found in the Bible, it can be shown, with proof, of how many things actually occurred as said years before it happened. Jesus was prophesied to come, and He did. Jerusalem was prophesied to fall, and it did.
Just as Daniel was given a revelation of the end times, believers today are given that same revelation. There is coming a day when Jesus will return with a final day of judgement and then the taking home to heaven all the believers.
One must not lose hope in the prophesies God has revealed. It will happen as said.
There are probably times in which you could see what was going to happen in the future for your life. The things that are easily seen are minor compared to what God is showing will happen. God has revealed to you that Jesus will return one day to judge the world and take those who believe in Him home for eternity.
As you hear these predictions, you must ask yourself if you are ready or not. Repent of your sins and trust in Jesus with your whole life and look forward to His return.
Today I pray that you will know Jesus as your Lord and Savior; that you will hear and know what God is going to do in your life; that you will trust God with all of your life; and that you will not fear what God is doing.
