Pray For Asia
Asia is a continent with about 49 countries spread across it. This area contains over half of the population of the entire world. Many of the nations have a strong religious belief in their history, though very few have Christianity as a major part of their history.
Over the last few decades, Christianity has been growing very rapidly in various countries such as Iran and China. This is occurring while many of the Asian nations are against Christianity. It is estimated that there are around 370 million believers on the continent of Asia and still growing.
While Christianity is growing, Islam is also growing rapidly throughout the land. With the rise of Islam, there is also growing persecution of believers. Yet, many Muslims are getting visions of Jesus and leaving their Islamic beliefs to follow Jesus as their Lord and Savior at the risk of their lives. In some of the greatest areas of persecution there is also some of the greatest growth in new believers.
Throughout all of the nations there are missionaries and various organizations working to spread God’s love and Gospel message. Inside of each of these nations are their own people doing the same in spreading His message.
