I am happily married (for 31 years) with eight children (ages 8-28 years), and 4 wonderful grandchildren. I love Jesus and studying the Bible. I love to talk about Jesus and the Bible. I pray that God will use these words to help you grow closer to Him and more like Jesus. May God bless you as you read these thoughts.

Tom, the implications of that verse alone would cause world peace and happiness if all believed and put their trust in Jesus.Christ.
True Gary, some people would think it is saying there will peace in this word and no more troubles. However, it says He will fill you with peace and hope. A peace the world does not understand. A peace that is there inside despite the troubles this world gives. And we need to remember that Jesus had His share of troubles when He walked on this earth, and yet was filled with peace. It is peace with God, not this world. Thank you for reading and the comment.
